This commit solves the issue by producing fewer but larger libraries (as done in GRPC's CMakeLists.txt): - `libgpr.a`: all gpr code - `libgrpc.a`: all gprc code, depending on `libgpr.a` - `libgrpc++.a`: all grpc++ code, depending on `libgrpc.a`
