If the main repository is marked absent, warn if during the
dependency closure computation any non-content-fixed repositories
are reached, i.e., any "file"-type repositories that are neither
implicitly nor explicitly marked "to_git". Also warn if the main
repository itself is marked absent but is not content fixed.
Add small test checking that the new warning is produced.

Warn if a repository definition contains unknown keys (that
are therefore ignored), as this often indicates a typo in the
repository specification. However, for some common naming of
extensions (currently: "bootstrap") keep the warning at a level
below the default for reporting.

Use a builder pattern for creation and validation, in a manner that
allows also other authentication methods to be added in the future
besides the current TLS/SSL.
The main Auth instances are built early and then passed by not_null
const pointers, to avoid passing temporaries, replacing the previous
Auth::TLS instances passed by simple nullable const pointers. Where
needed, these passed Auth instances are also stored, by const ref.
Tests also build Auth instances as needed, either with the default
'no certification' or from the test environment arguments.

The just serve client-side and API methods, as well as just-mr
utilities should use the noexcept specifier.
|
|
As the serve service always has an associated remote-execution
endpoint, when just-mr gets passed only a serve endpoint address it
will now default to implying a remote-execution endpoint exists too
at that address. Additionally, now the implementation of the
--backup-to-remote option more clearly shows that it can only be
done in native mode.

Using absent repositories depends on a just-serve endpoint. As
such, it is not a datum of the project, but one of the available
infrastructure. As the latter can change independently of the
project, it is desriable to have the option to specify those pieces
of information in separate files.

...via an 'absent' pragma in repository descriptions.
For 'git'-type repositories, first interrogates a 'just serve'
remote, if given, before reverting to fetching from the network.

...for archives not already in local CAS.

This better separates the utility methods used in just-mr commands
and avoids any cyclic dependencies that might arise in new utility
methods requiring both existing utilities and the command-line
arguments.
